Description
These exclusive training plans will give your team the boast it needs to reach a higher standard of play and win more games.
Each Pack contains 5 ready made training sessions covering a key area of the game.
Each session is an exclusive training plan, combining “classic” drills and innovative small-sided games, all tried and tested by me over nearly 15 years of grassroots coaching.
Compiled from my Smart Sessions and available as PDFs to download straight away, the sessions are ideal for players aged from 9 to 17 years old.
